Two visit types. Book the quick visit for a single, clear-cut issue. Book the consultation for complex issues, multiple or long forms, referrals, and biomarker testing.
Acute & episodic care
- Acute, episodic visits for a single issue
- Medication refills
- Forms up to 2 pages
Prescriptions are subject to the issue at hand.
Medical consultations
- Complex or multi-part medical issues
- Two or more forms, and forms of 2+ pages (ODSP, etc.)
- Referrals
- Biomarker testing — the right choice if you want biomarkers checked
Biomarker panels carry an additional charge, depending on how many biomarkers are checked.
Which visit to book
One issue, a refill, or a form of 2 pages or less: $50 quick visit. Multiple issues, 2+ forms, referrals, or biomarker testing: $150 consultation.
If the visit changes scope
If a quick visit requires consultation-level time, you will be told before the visit continues and the difference in fee applies.

Pick a time and pay the visit fee to confirm the appointment.
Attend the visit
Prescriptions, forms, referrals, and lab requisitions are issued as appropriate to the issue.
What is not covered
These services are not insured by OHIP. The fees on this page are paid directly by the patient and are not billed to or reimbursed by OHIP.
- Biomarker and laboratory panels, charged separately by volume
- Medications and pharmacy costs
- Specialist fees after a referral
- Emergency or in-person urgent care
Payment and refunds
- Fees are per visit and payable at the time of service.
- If a visit cannot be completed for clinical reasons, the fee is refunded in full.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Care for children, at the same fees as Core Care: $50 quick visit, $150 consultation.
