Botox, priced honestly at $10 per unit
One transparent rate for every treatment area — no package minimums, no consultation fee, no upselling. You pay for the units you actually need, and we tell you the number before the first injection.
Botox for chronic migraine
The 31-site preventive protocol runs every 12 weeks at a flat treatment price — not per unit.
flat rate, all 155 units
Many private and extended health plans reimburse this for diagnosed chronic migraine. We provide the paperwork.

Botox is dosed in units, not areas — so charging per unit is the only way the price matches the treatment. Below are the unit ranges we see most often. Your exact dose depends on muscle strength, anatomy and the result you want, and it is confirmed with you before we begin.
Assessment, dosing plan and written quote at no charge, whether or not you proceed.
If the result is asymmetric at your follow-up, corrective units are on us.
Treat one area or several. We will not talk you into units you do not need.
Ranges are typical starting doses, not a quote. Units vary by individual anatomy; your written estimate is confirmed at consult.
Traptox — trapezius Botox
Botulinum toxin placed into the upper trapezius on both sides. It softens the bulk of the muscle for a longer, sloped neckline, and for most people it also takes the edge off the chronic tightness that sits between the neck and shoulders.
Because the trapezius is a large, strong muscle, it needs a much higher dose than any facial area — which is why it is quoted as its own service rather than added to a facial treatment.
Charged per unit at $10, both sides included.
Traptox is considered cosmetic and is not covered by insurance, even when tension relief is the main reason for treating.
Botox for chronic migraine
Botulinum toxin is approved as a preventive treatment for chronic migraine — 15 or more headache days a month, with 8 or more of those being migraine. It is not a rescue medication for an attack in progress; it reduces how many headache days you have over the following months.
Injections follow the standard 31-site protocol across the forehead, temples, back of the head, neck and shoulders. It takes about 15 minutes, needs no anaesthetic, and you drive yourself home.
A flat rate covering all 155 units of the standard protocol — no per-unit charge.
Chronic migraine treatment is commonly reimbursed by private and extended health plans with a neurologist or physician diagnosis. We provide itemised receipts, drug codes and prior-authorisation paperwork.
Benefit builds over the first and second treatment. We reassess with a headache diary at 24 weeks before committing further.
In clinical use most responders see a meaningful drop in monthly headache days and less reliance on acute medication.
The forehead and glabellar sites are part of the protocol, so frown and forehead lines soften as a side effect — at no extra cost.
Jaw clenching and TMJ pain, cervical dystonia referrals, and excessive underarm sweating.
What the visit looks like
Medical history, muscle movement at rest and in animation, and what you actually want to change. You get a unit count and a total before anything is drawn up.
Fine 32-gauge needles, no anaesthetic needed for most areas. Discomfort is brief and described as a pinch.
Movement begins to soften. Stay upright for four hours, skip strenuous exercise for the rest of the day, and no facials for two weeks.
Full effect is visible. We photograph, compare and correct asymmetry at no charge. Then back in 3-4 months.
Questions people ask
Because per-area pricing charges a strong forehead and a light one the same amount. Per-unit means a conservative first treatment genuinely costs less, and you can see exactly what you paid for on the receipt.
A first-time aesthetic patient treating one or two upper-face areas usually lands between 20 and 50 units. We start conservatively and add at the two-week review rather than overtreating on day one.
Not unless you ask for that. Dosing is matched to how much movement you want to keep, and we would rather underdose and top up than take expression away.
Often, yes — for diagnosed chronic migraine under private or extended health plans, usually after a documented trial of oral preventives. Aesthetic treatment and Traptox are never covered. Bring your plan details and we will help with prior authorisation.
Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, with a neuromuscular disorder such as myasthenia gravis or ALS, an active skin infection at the site, or a known allergy to botulinum toxin or albumin. We screen for all of this at consult.
Most commonly small bruises or pinpoint redness that settle in a day or two, and occasionally a mild headache after the first treatment. Temporary brow or eyelid droop is uncommon and resolves as the effect wears off.
